User Settings -- preference variables customizable by users

Some of the TWiki Preferences are explicitly intended to be customized by TWiki users, though a default is provided in TWiki.Default Preferences, and a site customisation can take place in Main.Site Preferences.

Users can customize these variables by assigning them values. Example:

   * Set EDITBOXHEIGHT = 22

The following variables are classified as user settings:
