Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• Spread Sheet Plugin (any TWiki, 10197): Add spreadsheet calculation like "$SUM( $ABOVE() )" to tables located in TWiki topics.
• Adverts Plugin (Dakar, 6827): This plugin provides a convenient interface to the functionality in PhpAdsNew
• Calendar Plugin (Dakar, 9189): Show a monthly calendar with highlighted events
• Comment Plugin (Dakar, 8164): Allows users to quickly post comments to a page without an edit/preview/save cycle.
• Edit Table Plugin (Dakar, 8154): Edit TWiki tables using edit fields, date pickers and drop down boxes
• Embed Plugin (Dakar, 6827): Embeds MediaPlayer files in a TWiki page
• Google Analytics Plugin (Dakar, $Rev$): Adds Google Analytics JavaScript code to all pages
• Image Gallery Plugin (3.4, 9392): Displays image gallery with auto-generated thumbnails from attachments.
• Interwiki Plugin (Dakar, $Rev$): Link ExternalSite:Page text to external sites based on aliases defined in a rules topic
• Preferences Plugin (Dakar, 9839): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• Slide Show Plugin (Dakar, $Rev$): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings.
• Smilies Plugin (Dakar, 8154): Render smilies as icons, like  :-) for or  :cool: for :cool:
• Spaced Wiki Word Plugin (Dakar, 6827): Causes wiki words to be displayed with spaces between capitals.
• Table Plugin (Dakar, 8154): Control attributes of tables and sorting of table columns
• Wysiwyg Plugin (Dakar, 9565): Translator framework and WYSIWYG editor for TWiki topics

Administrators can enable and disable plugins using configure.
