REDBOURN DENTAL PRACTICE
Donated Teddy Bears arrived at Cape Town to a school in a Squatter Camp located in shipping containers. The school achieved an award for the most innovative library in South Africa. Tricia Gibb & members of Teddies for Tragedies donated the bears for
Redbourn Dental Practice to send to Cape Town
We at the Vrygrond Community Library and leaders want to thank Henry and Cohen for the donation It’s a wonderful gift to the kids. We did give a few kids some teddies during the holiday programme and we decide to give the others to them as a Christmas gift in December.
Every year we give the children of Vrygrond a party and each one a little gift so this is coming as a Godsend to us.
The kids in Vrygrond are not exposed too many things. So we are trying to better their lives in so many ways. We organize summer camps, trips to Robin Island Table Mountain and many more historical places and that help with their school work. The Library is a child orientations and a learning place where the kids feel save. The library has a full Programme that runs from Mondays to Fridays and the kids enjoy it. Well Henry and Cohen it’s wonderful to have people like you on board many thanks and don’t hesitate to email us we will love to hear from you.
Lovely pictures that shows the joy of the kids when we give the teddy bears to them.
