Yoga

50+ Badminton

For those of you wanting to play a bit of Badminton with people your own age, why not come along to our over-50s badminton session held every week between 9 and 12 on a Tuesday morning.

All standards of badminton are welcome and you don’t even need your own racket as there are rackets available from the front desk. Come along and give it a go – you might even enjoy it!

Thursday Club

2pm - 4pm Skittles, Badmington, Table Tennis, Short Mat Bowls.

Zumba

The Latin American dance craze that has got everyone talking.

Gymnasium

Our fully equipped Gymnasium has the latest in cardiovascular and resistance machinery, with a small free weight section. When you join you will be provided with a ‘free of charge’ initial induction of the gym giving you a tour of the machines and explanations on the uses of each one.
