Redbourn Folk Club
The Redbourn Folk Club was established over 15 years ago as the Hollybush Folk Club and now meets Thursday evenings from 8:30 to 11:15 pm in
The Cricketers Pub. (

Everyone is welcome to our small, friendly club which features traditional and contemporary folk music, blues and the best of today’s singer-songwriters. There are regular guest nights alternating with more informal singer’s nights and occasional ‘spotlight’ nights featuring longer sets from some of our regular performers. (See below for

How to find The Redbourn Folk Club
Redbourn Village is situated not far from the M1 Junction 9.
Leaving the motorway at Junction 9, towards St Albans on the A5 go straight on at the roundabout with the first junction to
Redbourn Village, carry straight on at the next roundabout towards
Hemel Hempstead and immediately turn right into Chequer Lane, turn right at the cross roads at
Redbourn Common and continue past the childrens play area and
Redbourn Cricket Club (an alternative car park is here). The Cricketers is on the right at the juction with
Lybury Lane.
From St Albans carry straight on into Redbourn going under the old rail bridge. Follow the road round to the left at the
Atelier Salon And Spa (formerly
The Saracens Pub) corner, through
Fish Street onto
Redbourn Common by the
War Memorial. Continue across
Redbourn Common until you turn left for
The Cricketers Pub at the junction with
Lybury Lane.
From Hemel Hempstead turn left into
Redbourn Village after going under the motorway bridge, follow the road past the church and over the common.
The Cricketers Pub is about half way across
Redbourn Common on the Right.
