During the year, apart from our fun weekly meetings and all the badge's we achieve, we also join in lot's of regular outside activities such as
District Thinking day -
In 2012 at our District Thinking Day event we celebrated the Queen's Golden Jubilee, in 2013 we put on a performance of "Eddie Saves the World" and our own version of "Gangnam Style" at Redbourn Village Hall in 2014 we joined in a Treasure trail event around Flamstead and in 2015 we had a "world craft" event in Markyate Village Hall.

We enter the Flamstead Christmas Tree Festival and help with the District Scarecrow entry at the Flamstead Scarecrow Festival

"Celebrate!" Thinking Day and the Big Brownie Birthday at Alexandra Palace, a crazy day with 4000 other Girlguiding members
The "Big Brownie Birthday" District Stay Away Sleepover in Markyate
a County "BBB Stay Away" weekend at Hautbois in Norfolk
Enrolling two new Brownies at the top of the High Ropes wall
we held a special party and celebrated our 85th Anniversary in Flapper Style!

Completed our Fire Safety badge with an interesting and informative visit to the Redbourn Fire Station
achieved our Brownie Traditions badge at special 1 day session with other Brownie Units in the County
we were part of the relay (along the Common) that carried "Redbourn's Olympic torch" around the village
had a fun day out at Whipsnade Zoo as part of our Friends to animal badge
enjoyed a sports session at Redbourn Tennis Club as part of our Olympic badge
