Some County Histories say that cricket was first played in Redbourn in 1666.
The current club dates from 1823 but organised cricket was being played on Redbourn common eighty years earlier, which makes Redbourn Cricket Club one of the oldest village clubs in England.

Go to the pavilion in person on North Common Road, Redbourn on a Tuesday evening or on a weekend afternoon/evening during the summer.
