13. PARKING: To note and discuss that motorists are parking on the gravel road leading to Archers Close (off Fish Street)

14. NORTH COMMON FOOTPATH: To discuss remedial works to a section of the footpath on North Common which becomes muddy in wet weather (by Lords Meadow)

16.3 Alison King: to consider offer of a sponsored seat on the Common

16.4 DVLA: To note that in future a charge of £2.50 is being made for enquiries regarding illegal parking on the Common

17. CUMBERLAND HOUSE GARDEN

17.1 To note that the two sponsored seats are now ready for installation

17.2 To note youngsters are trespassing in Cumberland Garden at night and have damaged wall

18.1 To note quotations for replacing vandalised equipment in Flamsteadbury Lane Play Area 18.2 To note insurance company’s acceptance of quotation from Komplan 18.3 To note responses from Parish Councils regarding play equipment for older children
