The Parish centre has a police office with limited opening
The Police Office will be officially open to the Public at the following advertised times. However there may be occasions when last minute duty changes, or commitments prevent us from being there as advertised. We will attempt to keep disruption to a minimum and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that you should report crimes and suspicious incidents to our Police Contact Centre on 101 in the first instance.
If you see that we are in the office in between the advertised times then feel free to drop in and speak to us.
These are the planned opening dates and times for the Redbourn Police Office in January.
Friday 3rd - PC CLAYTON - 12 -2pm
Saturday 4th - PC CLAYTON 11-1pm
Wednesday 8th - PCSO DEWAR - 10-12
Thursday 9th - PCSO DEWAR - 9-11am
Tuesday 14th - PCSO DEWAR - 11-1pm
Friday17th - PC548 CLAYTON - 9-11am
Tuesday 21st - PCSO DEWAR - 2-4pm
Please note that whilst we will try to keep to the times and dates advertised, there may be occasions when we are unable to, due to last minute duty changes, or unexpected work commitments. Apologies if any inconvenience is caused.

You are welcome to call in and see us during the advertised times, or any other time if you are passing and see that we are in the office. There may be occasions when we are unable to keep to the agreed opening hours due to a last minute change of duty, or alternative work commitment. We will try to keep such disruption to a minimum and hope this does not cause anyone too much inconvenience.

Telephone Numbers
This is to advise you due to telephone upgrades within the Constabulary, the DIRECT Dial telephone numbers you may have for my team and I will be changing on 1st April.
These changes only affect telephone numbers for Harpenden and London Colney Police Stations. St Albans Police Station numbers will not be changed.
The current telephone numbers for my team are

The numbers highlighted in red will remain the same, as these are the internal extension numbers. From 1st April direct dial numbers to Harpenden will begin with 01707 80 followed by the 4 digit number in red.
Just for clarification, from 1st April Telephone numbers to my team at Harpenden are;

As always, this is not the telephone number to provide the public with to report incidents, it is to speak to or leave a message for a member of my team or I about non-urgent issues.
You will still also be able to use the 01707 354192 telephone number to contact us direct on our radio’s, if we are on duty.
