Greyfriars

Greyfriars is on the east side of Redbourn Common near Cumberland House.

Once called The Poplars being the home of the Rev W Sercold Wade, Curate to Lord Beauclerk.

After WW1 it was bought by Mr Huxley, an architect, who named it Greyfriars after considerable alteration.
